Many companies have training modules that they use to elevate their employees. Few have at their disposal an app that is seamless for the user to continue learning and get noticed by managers for their contributions.
In today's rapidly evolving business landscape, organizations face the challenge of effectively managing and upskilling their workforce. Traditional training methods often lack flexibility, personalization, and real-time tracking, making it difficult for companies to nurture talent and ensure continuous growth.

Additionally, as remote and hybrid work models become more prevalent, the need for a centralized, accessible, and intuitive training platform has never been greater. Companies require a solution that streamlines training program management, offers personalized learning paths, facilitates ongoing skill development, and provides actionable insights to drive organizational success. UX Research

Surveys: Conducted to understand user's learning habits, preferences, and pain points.
Interviews conducted with the prototype consisted of professional adults in the tech and industrial industries, users who have used apps like Worktango, and users who are responsible for employee training.
Usability & Functional Testing: Iterative testing with prototypes to gather feedback on the app's functionality and design. I received valuable feedback and insights with this practice.
A/B Testing: Used to compare different design solutions and understand user preferences. I used this to determine features, buttons, function, and colors used for the app.
